I’ve had a change in my itinerary since purchasing Freebird. How can I change or update Freebird’s coverage of my travels?

As long as your flight is still more than 2 days from departure, we can change your itinerary at no additional charge. In order for us to proceed, simply send over your new flight information (departure date, origin, destination, airline, and flight number) to support@getfreebird.com, along with the original Freebird confirmation number.
