In the case of a disruption, who’s my main point of contact? My TMC or Freebird? How should I communicate with them?

If your flight is disrupted, Freebird will contact you and provide options for booking a new flight. In the rare case that you’re alerted of a disruption before Freebird contacts you, we encourage you to notify us immediately via email at support@getfreebird.com.


Once you’ve made your new flight selection via Freebird and received confirmation for your new flight, your TMC will take care of all further logistical questions.  Please reach out to them directly.
