What will happen if my flight is disrupted?

If your flight is cancelled, delayed by more than four hours, or if you miss your connection due to a delay, Freebird will alert you instantly via email or text message.  The disruption alert email and text message will include a link to new flight options. From there, it’s just three steps to book a new ticket: (1) open your alert, (2) select a new flight, and (3) confirm your selection.
